Pros

Loved working for this amazing company, wonderful co-workers and environment. The management team was excellent and work/life balance was great.

Cons

Little chance to really advance in certain positions and hours are sometimes difficult to get. I would have liked to have been full time, but it simply was not in the budget.

Wonderful company, great atmosphere and environment. Higher management is awesome and really gets to know their associates. Great benefits.

Cons

There are really no cons. The only thing I can think of is growing with the company but if you put in the time, you should be fine.

it is nice to work here if you are in college. gain share bonuses in january are great! AWESOME healthcare benefits and sick time and vacation. you will never find it better at another job!

Cons

they do not pay as well as other banks. they start you off at 9.50/hr, raises are 0.50 cents or lower, they pay new hires more than their seasoned employees.
