great people, well respected in the community, pension and gain sharing

Cons

little room for growth, 'good 'ol boy' mentality, middle management indecisive and often incompetent, pay is very poor for amount that can be expected from employees.

Great hours, good pay, great vacation and benefits.Really feels more like a family than a business. Everyone is kind helpful.

Cons

Costumers are a little annoying to deal with, but that's at any customer service oriented profession. Nothing really bad to say about BCNB, it is a great place to work.
