Still need to improve when it comes to adaptability in some departments. The lack of work from home or hours flexibility for back office staff is an area in need of improvement.

The work was consistent and could be challenging some days but there was always something to do.

Cons

Management at the time was not understanding of time crunch that we were put in. This was still during the pandemic and they did not handle Regulation E very well. We were always on the 9th or qpth business day to provide support for our customers.
