Pros

Central Bank provided extensive training, so I always felt comfortable when taking on new responsibilities. They were promoted from within quite often and usually, those who stuck around past a year or two were there to stay. Pay was competitive with the market and we got salary raises at least every year.

Cons

The only con was the sales culture. It was not too intense, and the goals were achievable but if you are not looking for a sales position, maybe don't start in the consumer banking side of banking.
