Pros

The work was consistent and could be challenging some days but there was always something to do.

Cons

Management at the time was not understanding of time crunch that we were put in. This was still during the pandemic and they did not handle Regulation E very well. We were always on the 9th or qpth business day to provide support for our customers.

The management is only good to brown misers and you won’t get to move up in position because even if they add a new role, they have someone in mind to hire already, they just open the job to comply with HR requirements and laws
