Pros

Nice incentives per month if you make sales. Great benefits. Good products offered. Mostly decent customers. Mostly decent people to work with. Likes to hire promotions within the company.

Cons

Says they aren’t product sale focused. But more times than not they are very product focused. More than a few customers feel entitled when they have banked with the company for a long while. They expect you to know them and not ask for identification on the first time you deal with these certain people. Very focused on “diversity”. Even if it means that the best candidate isn’t chosen for roles within the company.
