Great bank, overworked.

Great products, superb customer service, good benefits, fantastic staff.

Cons

Cut staff to skeleton crew making it impossible to not work overtime unless you're going to screw over your team and OT is a no no. Top management says "come to me for help" but never helps. They don't understand what it takes to run a branch on a day to day basis and can't preform the most basic aspects of the job. Way under paid, it's actually insulting.
