      The students are passionate about changing the world

      Cons

      Leadership is bullying, coercive, destructive. CEU has lost its way, along with most of its senior administrators who were bullied out of their roles. The wise ones received a payout. HR is aware that practices are borderline illegal, yet carry out instructions.

      - Benefits like meal voucher - Vaccinations at work, - home office possible if the supervisor allows it - entertaining colleagues

      Cons

      - home office depending on the supervisor(good arguments do not count) - working harder is not appreciated - no to salary negotiations - very toxic environment - many leadership figures came to their position by luck and are not fit to lead a team - very inefficient structures - you have to network with the right people to be able to make a career, qualifications and hard work alone are not sufficient - very intransparent salaries
