      # Flexibility & ownership. # Agility/focus to customer need. # Great talent pool

      Cons

      # To many re-org and changes. Changes are needed, but, it could be better planned. # Unnecessary (necessary ??) politics impacts leaf level engineers/managers and impacts moral adversely. # Better planning to re-educate existing work-force (rather than taking from outside always) on new/upcoming technology. # Need smoother internal transfer process. HR has guidelines, but, it becomes VP dependent.
