      Pros

      The work life balance and the folks you work with make this an enjoyable place to go to everyday. I also enjoy the organizational culture.

      Cons

      Its very easy to get bogged down in the political politics of a big company. Nothing gets done unless 30 people approve it 45 times leading to slower than normal progress on most anything though I will admit it is getting better.

      Pros

      The flexibility with work times and locations is amazing! I love being in an environment in which you're surrounded by smart people, in a high-tech, energetic atmosphere. It's great to receive bonuses that are performance based (in addition to CAP awards).

      Cons

      It would be great to on a campus that doesn't span several streets (so you could walk or drive a bit faster).
