Pros

- Better work/life balance than other big tech companies based out of Silicon Valley - Encourages people to transfer internally rather than find a job outside of the company, so people are willing to give you a chance on a job role you haven't done before or have been wanting to try.

Cons

- Very bad leadership across several x-functional organizations. Very widely discussed amongst employees how leadership is getting worse and worse. - Several large organizations have a very toxic culture with a lot of rude and aggressive people. You have to be very careful and protect yourself because they will try to take advantage of you and shift blame wherever possible.

Pros

Good work/life balance. Worked with many people who worked here 10+ years. It's a good place for stability if you're in the right business unit.

Cons

Conservative pay increases year over year.
