Cons
Cisco's business is declining and Cisco is focusing a lot on external growth (company acquisition) to the detriment of its employee My company was acquired 3 years ago bu Cisco failed to provide a clear direction. A lot was invested on projects which were then discarded. The collaboration between all the R&D sites is not effective and there is lots of competition to the detriment of the products. Management desision are often not understood. Bonuses attribution is carried out in an opaque manner and depends a lot on ranking (higher ranked employees are favored).
