Pros

WFH, great colleagues, decent benefits, nice office.

Cons

The culture, at least within the Security department, has become deeply unhealthy. There is a persistent lack of clear communication, excessive micromanagement, and a leadership style that is hostile rather than supportive. Employees are regularly criticised or berated instead of being given constructive guidance, and there is little respect for professional boundaries. This has created an environment where people are scrutinised rather than trusted. For example, one director has even appointed someone specifically to monitor employees’ work and find faults, which reinforces a culture of blame and fear rather than collaboration, accountability, and improvement.
