Pros
1. Amazing work-life balance. 2. Good work is recognized. 3. Hikes are decent (not in all orgs though) 4. Great entry and exit formalities, very professional and hassle-free. 5. Lots of fun outings. 6. A lot of opportunities to learn. 7. Training and certifications are funded and encouraged. 8. Cisco encouraged WFH even before the pandemic hit.

1. Late-night calls if you work with the teams in the US.
