      Pros

      Flexible, good pay, good benefits. If you are looking to sleep through life then this is a comfortable company.

      Cons

      No motivation to innovate. Projects were dumped on my team 80% finished and tasked to make it "just work". Not a lot of design of the project itself so many things were less than optimized as well.
