      Great company but tough place to grow as a new employee

      Pros

      The lower grades get shuffled between several technologies giving them a chance to pick out their technology of preference and build a career out of what they would love doing

      Cons

      No quick growth for lower grades , with all shuffling into different technologies, it is difficult to assess the performance since they don't stay long enough to prove themselves.
