Pros
Many of the people outside of corporate are nice and friendly.
Cons
Silos of departments who appear to have no common goals/objectives. Highly political. Group think. Micro management from senior executives at quarterly business reviews. Chasing business that the company doesn't really want, cannot win and cannot turn into invoiced revenue. No documented processes.
