Business Outlook
Pros
I like my job and feel good at the end of each day. Most of the people who work here are outstanding. The company is very good to the employees and they show their appreciation in lots of ways- from fun summer and winter events, lunches, raffles, gifts, and praise, and it’s actually a joy to come to work.
Cons
It would be great to get cross-training, and have managers encourage their employees to help in other departments when needed. That is a sure way to make us feel as though we are all on one big team with the same goal.
