Great industry to be in (FSM, AI/ML, SaaS) and perfect time to be at Click. Superior technology (a few competitors do scheduling, but nobody has the optimization engine that Click has), lots of smart passionate people and culture, great new management team that seems to be really turning things around quickly. Nice to be in a growing, global company with offices and customers worldwide. Management seems committed to promoting from within and transparency. I've been here less than 1 year but so far so good!

Making the bold step to join a new company is never easy, the hiring manager and HR supported me through the process with guidance and support. Always at the end of a phone and listening patiently to any challenges or concerns I expressed. This meant I joined ClickSoftware with my eyes open, and I have not been disappointed. In fact it has exceeded my expectations in terms of work life balance, the culture and ethos of those I work with is about winning and succeeding by understanding what customers actually need, not what we can sell to them. Such a refreshing change. The leadership is very accessible and ready to listen to their people and often sit alongside us in front of customers. My no1 pro for ClickSoftware is the people, in particular the management style: all people leaders are supported to ensure they understand their people, what makes them tick, how they can help them to be successful and happy. This creates happy people that are a pleasure to be around. My no2 pro is the structure and timing of the commission plan, best in class by far that I have seen in the 10 years I have received commission.
