      Pros

      Talented people that have been in the company for many many years and truly care about the work and the product.

      Cons

      At some point they stopped investing in the employees and the family atmosphere that was here before is gone.

      Pros

      Good work life balance. Extras like beer, soft drinks, sweets, chips all sorts of snacks and fruits available. Friendly staff. Easy going company.

      Cons

      Lack of training and career opportunities to go further if you're not located in head office Israel. Difficult to get hold of R&D. Slow management and poor or no career progression plan. Need to adjust to time zone for meetings.
