      Pros

      I have been working at ClickSoftware, full-time (More than 4 years) Strong team that hires great talent and takes care of them so they stay. I have never worked at a company where the average tenure is so long. Employees love working here. Excellent work culture with great company values Good work-life balance Respect towards employees and a great place to work. Extreme talented people in teams and there is a lot to learn from them Higher Management is available when needed and easily reachable
