      Pros

      good in sense of giving time to fulfill task.manager is friendly and team mates are good. food is free(Lunch and tiffin)

      not much cons. but sometimes they do only meeting and meetings .some employyee are thtere they believe in blaming others. and u wil never get to know whenthey say u to leave

      Flexible working culture. Good Hike. Fun at work

      Cons

      After getting merge with Click, no more fun, fear about job. Will not suggest any one to join in this situation at least for coming 1 year.

      Pros

      Flexible timings. Free food. No track of in time and out time if you make it up to 6 hr for a full day. There is no distribution of work based on experience and skill set , no one keeps a track of it so you can always take an easy task get it done and enjoy. Plenty of idle time which you can use as per your need. Come at higher positions and visit onsite off and on.

      Cons

      How can one demand more if they can get paid on vacations.
