- It is people oriented in the sense that great care is placed on developing skills, encouraging communication and making sure people feel like they belong - Management is transparent about current decisions - You have the flexibility to switch projects on the go, switch roles, and take internal courses to take up a new role - Doesn't feel like a strict hierarchy.
