Way too much work load, very stressful, everything falls on you if anything goes wrong. Make you advertise but call it community engagement to make it sound better. You are constantly forced to sell things not be there for grieving families and the majority of the team talk to you terribly. Never been so down and stressed out over a job until I came here. I have been here short of 6 months and already know many colleagues that have been bullied out of the work place or have went on leave due to stress!!!

This is not the typical experience of our colleagues and nobody should be made to feel the way you are describing. Co-op has a zero tolerance approach to any form of bullying, whether you've experienced this yourself or witnessed it, you must speak up. Informally you can talk to your colleagues or your manager. We're also pleased that you are working in a role that has flexibility around your schedule. The pay for our Team Leader role exceed the level of the Real Living Wage and our Reward Team use external benchmarking to make sure that pay for the role remains competitive.
