Get a 10% discount but I never worried about the odd change. Decent pay.

Cons

If higher management don’t like you, it’s over if you do something they don’t like. Don’t train you very well either.

We are always striving to make improvements to support our store colleagues. This includes the introduction of MyWork and our Shifts app which help manage hours and streamline in-store processes.

Some colleagues are friendly. Customers are brilliant.

Cons

Many. Older colleagues who have worked their a few years think they run the place. No respect for Manager. Very clicky and resistant to follow company processes. Miserable skills at till point where customers are thought of as a nuisance. The staff schedules are a joke with same people assigned to work weekends and nights Whereupon others can please themselves regarding shifts. I'd you are popular with customers or succeed and exel in your role - the long term staff will try to destroy you. High turnover of staff is a huge concern. Many products found to be out or date due to poor control od durability. Management will smile at you and pay lip service but in the background they are schemers. Freezer and fridge temperature both on sales floor and warehouse should be carried out and not just ticked as a paperwork excercise.
