Absolutely love working for the cooperative food in one of its busy distribution depots. Can't fault it at all.

Great benefits and company cares about the local community and the care of others in other countries ie helping give water to Africans plus coop is the first and biggest company that sells fair trade products not only that they win multiple awards for the food and even do tasters once a month for staff to try for free!

Mostly small stores so limited work space out the back

Fail to listen to people on the frontline (drivers) So much emphasis on kpi, that all communications and good atmosphere has disappeared from workplace. Feel totally Un appreciated by the whole company who claim to be listening but never do anything to improve conditions Been there 9 years and been offered no career development for promotion Unfriendly work rotas ruining family life.
