One of the best paid Customer Team Member + Team Leader wages in retail. The odd case of job satisfaction Customer interaction Meeting new people/friends Staff Discount Swipe and Win Career Opportunities Option of overtime

Cons

Stress Customer Complaints Management Work life balance is non existent Expectations are too high Barely any job satisfaction Never get any thank you for the work you put in Management team come before the CTMs + Team Leaders in regards to holidays and days off etc Been there for too long

Service oriented, convenient, customer focused, nice working environment, equal right

Cons

Too small warehouse, mini canteen, no extra money for working on Sunday or bank holiday ( like other do), high price of product, less hour rate ( pay) comparing to other.
