They have very family based culture. they are also community focus.

Lie about Opportunities and Development. Salary is one of the lowest of all competitors. Stressful demanding environment. Management will never take responsibility. Discriminating against elder members of staff. never get any praise, even when you do good.

Was good as teenager, not so great moving forward and getting promotions after taking break for university.

Cons

Turning into Somerfield and can feel the place going down hill from the inside. The propaganda is suffocating within the firm now and any harking back to the old days is smashed by all Somerfield field management.
