Every single Co-op colleauge wants to do their utmost to improve our ways of working and impact the organisation in a positive way.

Cons

Still too many silos and not enough "joined up' thinking. It is worth bringing these ideas ogether.

Pros

travelling to the other branches and seeing all my colleagues. No two days the same. Variety of different funeral homes and never loan working

Cons

the traffic, can be very challenging in my area, too many cars on the road first thing and going home. Funeral homes with only one parking space

Be prepared to do 50 tasks at once while Uber orders are dinging off and you’ve got 2 people on shop floor.
