Each role at Co-op has been allocated a Work Level based on its job size. Every Work Level is linked to a pay range with a minimum value, a maximum value, and relevant industry benchmarks. The benchmark value is based upon the external market and is used as a reference point. It's one of a number of factors that influence colleague pay, including internal equity, experience, and individual performance.
