- experience & knowledge - appriciated & wanted profesionals on the market - fear comp and ben system - for some people international assignments

Cons

- No motivated people or self oriented - no trust to management; they play own bonus games - HR is self promoting and stadily growing dept.; they cut everywhere to make savings and take benefits for personal carrier advantage - Commercial is top on the sky; HR follows; the rest are on the ground - HC Turnover is high but not presented (always 2-4%) - No mercy/careness for older staff - No onest company support to employees , just promoton wise

way too political corruption, small crook mentality dissatisfied employees no specific recruitment philosophy proven incompetence of relatives and friends goes into dark nepotism from old executives and majority owners artificial professionalism
