Cons
Well, Coca-Cola does not really do anything on its own, it gives projects outside and checks for deliverables. Thus, if you expect to do hands-on work and learn a thing or two, you are in the wrong place. These people love to spend their days doing meetings, chatting, or arguing over things they do not master. Also, there is a strong bureaucracy over processes, access and stuff, so you will end up waiting quite a long time to have something done. The whole company is overstuffed and there are too many (happy) people not really bringing something to the table. All these make sense if you consider how successful the product is or how big the organization is ... An ideal place for 50+ employees, avoid if 30+
