      You can meet some great people there Decent benefits The board behaved great during the past months, Covid related. They always gave us all the necessary details

      Cons

      It doesn’t matter how organized you are, you can’t finish in less than a min’ of 10 hours per day Really hateful people, a lot of gossip Bosses calling you in weekends or at inappropriate hours task related Some managers terrorize their subordinates, yelling at them, making them feel stupid in front of big audiences No clear directions regarding tasks Hard work not being acknowledged When you complain about being overwhelmed or about the extra hours they just tell you that that’s how you can learn and be promoted 90% working during off days and weekends. People call you regardless your OOO.

      Very political, bureaucratic and slow Poor work life balance, poor career development path Lots of restructuring (hiring and firing people)
