      Numerous opportunities to grow, learn, expand your experience/ knowledge and challenge your self. Great people and leaders to work with. Great school of business. Big variety of cultures to learn from as well as big community to reach out in case you need support in what you do. The business resilience, strong leaders and growth agenda build confidence in bright future outlook.

      Cons

      For me not exactly in cons, but it can be intense pace of work and after a year you will feel like you gained several years of experience, so you need to be the type who enjoys that pace.
