Very bad enviroment. I was listening every day sexist and homophobic comments for colleagues. In a week I saw at list 3 of my colleagues crying.

Excellent sales team. Truly inspiring people. A rather good salary (In Russian terms) for specialists. Good Insurance company.

Cons

Constant changes in management which make working there very hard. Hard decision-making process (ex. - >2 months submitting Merchandising standards with brand teams).
