      Lovely breakout areas and very nice restrooms.

      Cons

      Expensive canteen and the car park wasn't lit very well.

      Pros

      people care a lot about every topic no matter how small or big, from small operational topics to big important strategic topics. You wil gain many skills, exprenices, you will have many opportunities to gain project expreinces. Many great projects done and never stop. You will makes many friends (spending 16 hours per day, it's natural to do so), you will travel around to either cities in your country or to citites in countries within the group. You will have many wonderful conversations at many team building events, family events, business dinners & lunches. Meet many different cultures. This company really brings it all together.

      Cons

      working time in the Sales and other professional and managerial roles is with no boundary. People will do the job of two to three full time equvalents. Also fire fighting every day. You will develop skills how to manage burdning issues every day each day even on vacation. Thre is no vacation time. Working every day of vacation including Saturdays. People send emails any time of the day despite clear guidance on how to manage emails.
