      Pros

      I didn´t feel pressure; company helped me a lot in the beginning with papers

      Cons

      Felt like I did not belong to the team as foreigner, incompetent team leads, a lot of unlogical processes, management is not familiar with daily routine tasks, they do not help, they are all the time on meetings or business trips. Feel unappreciated, meetings are not productive. Bulgarian language everywhere. Burecraucy, it is not people oriented or even customer oriented. The way they fire people is sad.

      Very hard work. A lot is expected with impact on work-life balance. More traditional company style. Quite a lot of internal politics.
