Worked as a Graduate Trainee. Great opportunity to acquire new talent and give them the incentive to stay in Greece. Plus, numerous opportunities to gain insight of the company and meet higher ranked personnel.

Cons

Overwhelming qualifying process. Basically designed for people, who already have the chance to develop both soft and hard skills at such an early age. No wonder how 90% of the trainees come from a background of private schooling or/ and expensive high profile Master degrees.
