      Exciting to work on on large projects

      Pros

      It is really interesting to work on massive projects. The people are very friendly and helpful. The salaries are high enough.

      Cons

      In many cases, the offices are not based in central locations, you need to travel on a daily basis. Benefits could be better.

      Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Since we want our offices to be close to our production, you are right, commuting is necessary.       Very good, reliable but challenging place to work.

      Pros

      Flexibility, they understand family life so it's a place where you want to work harder, longer when needed as you know/feel you get it back.

      Cons

      From my experience in field sales it's easy to just stay in a position long term. For an example I'm a sales rep for 12 years. I've changed areas and channels but still pretty much same position and money.
