- Big organization - Stable employer - Career opportunities depend on the function you work; Finance, Commercial and Supply Chain provide many opportunities. PA&C and HR on the other hand have limited options

Cons

- Slow moving and hierarchical organization - Office politics really important; it doesn't matter how good you are, if you don't know the right persons - Company culture is very old fashioned

Pros

If you're hungry for learning, this is the best place for you. Very good culture of feedback. Career opportunities to many ways within the company. New ideas are always appreciated. Of course you can't change easily but if you innovate it will be rewarded and recognized. Several company events a year which reminds you you work in a first class company: family day, team buildings, charity days, internal campaigns, conferences, etc...something is happening every time.

Cons

You will work the hell out of you. Performing 120% is a minimum regardless the position.
