Global and highly reputable company with a diverse range of people and systems. Lots of travel opportunities and global projects to get involved in.

Cons

Your career can plateau at a certain stage making it quite difficult to move forward. Can be a challenge having to defend the brand to your friends. Some of the positions can get quite boring.
