All the below refer to the Greek organization. Great career opportunities. Salary and benefits are good especially for low level employees. A safe and organized environment, compared to most companies in Greece (due to the crisis).
Cons
All the below refer to the Greek organization. Very bad work-life balance, for almost all office employees. There is a great management system in place, but many times is badly implemented or ignored. Top management is becoming more and more distant to the average employee. Values of company are starting to dilute due to the above
