Young environment, complex but interesting projects, good working conditions.

Cons

Bad middle management with focus on politics and not on results. No work & life balance. Average incomes for the executive areas. Very good income for management people. No recognition for additional efforts you place on your job. Poor management skills, and no accountability regarding projects of people in charge of decision taking.

Supervisors are not so interested in your improvements. There is no 100% guarantee that after management trainee program you will receive an offer for a management position
