Pros
Best in the industry in enabling young professionals to dig into everything around them in the business and develop their expertise to the fullest based on their capabilities. So lots of projects are available with cross-functional and international reach.
Cons
Not really strong in promoting professionals below management level and giving them opportunities to try themselves at management level at all. So if someone begins below mgt level, the person stays below mgt level unfortunately in most of the cases. In recent years the company became very short sighted, loosing focus on long-term targets.
