      Global reach leads to a lot of opportunities having operations in 30 countries allows one to get the chance to move around and work in different areas

      Cons

      Has been struggling because of the economic situation in Europe. Being headquartered in Greece makes it a little difficult to operate

      - experience & knowledge - appriciated & wanted profesionals on the market - fear comp and ben system - for some people international assignments

      Cons

      - No motivated people or self oriented - no trust to management; they play own bonus games - HR is self promoting and stadily growing dept.; they cut everywhere to make savings and take benefits for personal carrier advantage - Commercial is top on the sky; HR follows; the rest are on the ground - HC Turnover is high but not presented (always 2-4%) - No mercy/careness for older staff - No onest company support to employees , just promoton wise
