      Many opportunities for people willing to relocate often. Very dynamic and challenging.

      Cons

      Average benefits, not many class training opportunities as the company supports the on the job training. IT function is considered "inferior" to other functions.

      From any job, any position you will get the maximum possible experience in a very short time.

      Cons

      Any minute spent working for CCHBC is a 1 minute less for your potential promotion. If you work hard, you deliver than you are the best choice for your position and for this you can get even more than 10 years on the same position and you will not be promoted because no one can replace you. If you delegate your work to the "10 years mules" and you focus on salary and promotions you will get them.
