Pros
1. If someone want to enjoy instead of learning or doing work then it is a good place 2. Not much work so work life balance is good.
Cons
1. Not good for freshers 2. Not good for North Indians. 3. Managers do partiality while giving rating with north indians and delay their promotions also. 4. No learning opportunity. 5. Maximum support projects. 6. They randomly assign projects to freshers who complete training and don't see their qualification and skills. 7. They will assign development project to employees with ECE background or who don't want to go in development and will give support to employees with CSE/IT background.
