Pros
1.There would be no delay in salaries. 2.They will make no stones unturned to make u technology friendly & help u know how to work. 3.They make pretty good effort to gel well with colleagues specially ur manager.
Cons
1.They literally dont treat u like human beings like I was in IT/IS which demands u to be flexible in all the shifts,so while we were learning work they may expect u to be available again at the office right aftr 6hrs after ur shift gets over. 2. they make the atmosphere competitive when u r a newbie,which u can feel harassed as they scold black and blue when u dont get it.
