POC's and Managers are very biased towards their favourite people, even if we came as trainees, all sorts of company politics and propaganda. Many employees are required to sit on bench for most of the year, which does not provide experience when considering a change to other companies, ultimately leading to the starting point of being considered a complete fresher.
