A good organization for experiencing all-round IT exposure

- Great support structure within project teams to help you get up to speed. - Diversity of opportunities available at offshore or onshore. - Onshore assignments do not carry the stress of worrying about visa eligibility. - Very good Green Card processing services for onshore employees

Cons

- Your experiences are determined by your individual project team. Some are great and some not so much. Basically, that is uncontrollable and 'Your Mileage May Vary' - There seems to be an almost fanatical association of performance reviews and promotions to pay grade. As in the only way to revise your pay is if you are promoted or hired as a lateral entrant, which is demotivating for long term employees.

Employees understand each other well and support when there is a project/personnel support needed

Cons

* No friendly approach * No work Life balance * Managers are not ready for 1-1 discussions at anytime. Simply neglects the request. * No proper guidance to team from managers. Lots of influences from external bodies in terms of getting a project with verticals * Inadequate training on latest technologies * No transparency in cognizant road map and performance appraisal * Ladies back from maternity are treated as low performers and not flexible. Simply avoid such resource from recruiting into Projects
